  • These full undergraduate tuition awards are available to any students whose parent or legal guardian died while serving in the Canadian Forces or the federal diplomatic corps of Canada (i.e., the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade) or while preparing for such service (as of 2001/2002).
  • Full-time or part-time undergraduate students pursuing their first degree are eligible for these scholarships.
  • A student must have completed their first year of study and graduated from high school in order to be eligible for the prize.
  • They must also be under 21 years old. If the student maintains good standing, these awards are renewable for a total of 120 credit hours (minimum 2.0 C.G.P.A.)

To apply for scholarships, you must first be accepted to BU, and your BU ID must be active after you have been accepted to BU in order for you to apply for scholarships. You also need your BU ID to register for classes, see your grades online, and do several other tasks on campus.

Step 2: Login To Student Information Portal

Your personal student information, including the courses you are enrolled for, your grades, your financial statements, your scholarship application, and much more, is centrally located on the Student Information portal.

When you first log in to the portal, you will see several tabs at the top that provide you access to a variety of student account-related information and actions. Select the “Apply for Scholarships & Bursaries” link

Step 3: Add Award To Your Application

  • Select “Add Award” from the menu.
  • Click the Apply heading, and then choose the Apply Now option from the dropdown menu
